Les considers helping people as his key motivator and source of drive. Given that, it’s no surprise how much success he has amassed over the years in his chosen professional life that’s purely based on helping people achieve their personal, financial, and business goals.

Apart from co-managing Astute Advisory Group, Les also has his own financial planning business called Future Proof Financial (FPF). He’s also heavily involved with businesses, both big and small, and has even been part of a board as a Quasi-CEO whose key roles were assisting, advising, and executing board level strategies for larger organisations.

I have a real passion for people. When I engage with my clients, I make a commitment to be there for them. Good advice, communication and genuinely caring about their needs in a proactive (not reactive) manner is what makes a good adviser in my mind.
